1F Piezo-Diaphragm

Our 1F Piezo Diaphragm Pressure Gauge (also often called Vacuum Pressure Gauge, Vacuum Transducer, or Vacuum Sensor) is a fast, robust, contamination-resistant and highly accurate low vacuum gauge based on the piezo diaphragm.

Description

Compared to the 2A and 4A vacuum gauges, which are equipped with a thermocouple, the 1F Piezo Diaphragm Vacuum Sensor is gas-independent and can be mounted in any orientation. The 1F piezo membrane vacuum sensor measures from 10 Torr (10,000 microns) to 10,000 Torr (10,000,000 microns, above the atmosphere). It also has excellent accuracy over its range and, in conjunction with the MX200 vacuum controller, an accuracy of ±5% to ±10% over the operating range of this vacuum gauge.
