CC-10 Active Wide Range Vacuum Gauge

The CC-10 Wide Range Active Vacuum Gauge (also called Analog VacuumGaugeDigital Vacuum Gauge, or Vacuum Pressure Gauge) uses two internal sensors to measure the entire vacuum range from UHV (10-9 Torr) to above the atmosphere (103 or 1000 Torr). This vacuum gauge has a variety of features, including RS-485 communication, two programmable setpoints, and a selectable analog vacuum pressure gauge output.

Full list of commands is available in the instruction manual.

The CC-10 has three set points. All three are optically coupled solid state relays that are rated for 0.12 A at 50 V DC. Each set point has hysteresis characteristics and consists of two set values: upper threshold and lower threshold. LEDs on the front panel display the status of each set point. The high and low threshold values of each of the three set points can be set independently.
