Differentially-pumped o-ring sealed viewports are the ideal choice when optical flatness is important. Kalrez o-rings are offered as standard, allowing a maximum temperature of 250 °C, with alternative o-ring materials available on request.

Description
304L stainless steel CF flange with anodized aluminum retainer is offered as standard with 316LN flanges available as a non-magnetic option. CF and KF flanges and VCR fittings are available choices for the pumping port.
TSL is pleased to offer an industry-leading choice of optics in its differentially-pumped viewports. Popular choices include fused silica, sapphire, natural quartz, ZnSe, Cleartran, CaF2, MgF2, BaF2, LiF, CSi, KBr, and KRS5; requests for other optic materials are welcomed.
Anti-reflective coatings to match customer reflectance requirements are also processed at TSL and can be applied to differentially-pumped viewports. Please advise the wavelengths or ranges required for your application when enquiring.
Diaphragm pumps for differential-pumping are also supplied by TSL, along with a range of pumping lines, bolt-up kits, and annealed gaskets.
